These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the AI Agency Inner Circle website and the 7-Day AI Agency Client Challenge, along with any related digital services, content, and community access offered through it.

Accessing the site, signing up for the challenge, or using any of the services constitutes full and express acceptance of these Terms.

You agree to use this site and the challenge in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and generally accepted standards of conduct.

You agree not to use the site or services for any unlawful purpose, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with its normal operation.

All content on this site and within the challenge, including but not limited to text, video, graphics, frameworks, templates, scripts, software, training materials, and the structure of the challenge itself, is the intellectual property of AI Agency Inner Circle LLC or its licensors.

No part of the challenge content may be copied, redistributed, resold, or republished without prior written permission. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business.

Brand names, logos, and identifiers used on this site are the property of their respective owners. Access to the site grants no rights over any of these.

AI Agency Inner Circle provides digital education and coaching services focused on building and scaling AI automation agencies. This includes the free 7-Day AI Agency Client Challenge as well as paid community memberships and related programs.

Pricing for paid programs is shown in USD and is subject to change. Any changes will not affect orders or memberships already confirmed.

Signup for the free challenge requires submitting your first name, email address, and phone number. By submitting this information, you consent to receive email and SMS communications related to the challenge, including daily lesson delivery and reminders.

Upon signup, you will be directed to join the Telegram group where the challenge is hosted. Removal from the Telegram group at the host's discretion is permitted for users who violate community guidelines, post promotional content without permission, or otherwise disrupt the experience for other participants.

By signing up, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications via email and SMS. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional messages required to deliver the challenge will continue while you are enrolled.

The challenge and any related programs share strategies, frameworks, and case studies based on the host's personal experience and the results of past participants. These examples are not guarantees of future results.

Your outcomes depend on your effort, your market, your existing skills, and a wide range of factors outside our control. Nothing on this site or within the challenge should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income, client acquisition, or business success.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agency Inner Circle LLC is not liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or participation in the challenge, including but not limited to errors or omissions in content, site downtime, or transmission of malicious code, despite all reasonable measures taken to prevent these.
